Deed

Indenture made October 5, 1830 between Thomas Kennedy and John McKinne, 
David McKinne, Mickel McKinne, Charles Carraway and Sarah Carraway all of 
Wayne, for $100 land in Wayne on the south side of Neuse River. Beginning at 
a stake on agreed corner between the above named parties (no landmarks 
mentioned, only measurements) and containing 75 1/2 acres.
Witnesses: William Carraway and Jesse Forehand
November Term 1830

On the same date and in a separate deed John McKinne, David McKinne, Michel 
McKinne, Charles Carraway and Sarah Carraway deeded this same land back to 
Thomas Kennedy with Sarah Carraway being privately examined.
