Wayne County, NC, Deed Bk 12, pg 430 - 50 acres

Henry Kornegay to Mac Williams for the sum of $75 paid by the said
Mac Williams do sell and convey a parcel or tract of land lying in
Wayne County, NC on the north east side of the North East River and
east side of Bayles Branch and containing 50 acres being all that
parcel of land which the said Henry Kornegay had allotted to him by
the commissioners in the division of his fathers Abraham Kornegay's
land, deceased and known as lot no 1
