Marshall Kornegay from Sampson County to Wright Smith of Wayne
County, NC - for the sum of $270 pd by said Smith - do sell a 
parcel of land lying in Wayne County, NC on the south and north
side of the Great Horsepen Branch, containing 270 acres, beginning
at a point on the Great Horsepen Branch, Mack Williams corner,
gives number of poles, etc. - to John Harris line, then __ poles to
etc. to the west side of the Sander old field, etc.
