Marshall Kornegay from Sampson County to John Harris of Wayne County,
NC - for the sum of $964 paid by said John Harris - said Marshall
Kornegay do sell and convey a parcel or tract of land in Wayne County
lying on both sides of the Great Horsepen Branch beginning at a stump
on the north side of the Cypress Meadow, etc., to Braxton's fence, etc.
to Wright Smith's corner, etc. by the side of the Sander's old field
to 100 yards below Mack Williams line, etc. to Lewis' Branch containing
964 acres
