Indenture made April 12, 1832 between Lovet Leven and Elizabeth his wife of 
the first part and William Cox of the second part all of Wayne, for $100 
land in Wayne on the north side of Neuse River and west side of the Bever 
Dam Swamp adjacent to Half Mile Branch, Stephen Tollars line, Joel Gurleys 
line, my own line containing 50 acres.

Witnesses: Wm Cox Jr and Mills Howell
