In the Superior Court of Wayne County
We he undersigned commissioners appointed by the court to divided and make 
partition between and among James P Lewis, Lavina Rollins and Lucinda Casey 
heirs at law and tenants in common in the lands from their father L W Lewis 
dec'd and described in the petition for partition. We proceeded to view said 
estate and set apart the claimants their shares.

Lot No 1 to James P Lewis land adjacent to Walkers corner, Peels corner, 
corner Lot No 2 containing 131 3/4 acres.

Lot No 2 to Lucinda Casey land adjacent to corner Lot No 1, Peels lie, 
corner of Lot No 3 containing 130 acres.

Lot No 3 to Lavina Rollis land adjacent to corner of Lot No 2, Peels line, 
Herrings corner containing 130 acres.
