Indenture made October 10, 1844 between William and James H Lewis and Hubard 
Edmundson all of Wayne, for $300 land in Wayne being half of a tract of land 
lying on the middle prong of Appletree Swamp adjacent to Granvells line 
containing 147 1/2 acres.
Witnesses: Willis Peel and Wilis Moring
