Indenture made September 14, 1853 between Laban W Lewis and John Price both of 
Wayne, for $800 land in Wayne adjacent to Rachel Bryans corner on the north 
side of Gum Branch and Grassy pond containing 187 1/2 acres.
Witnesses: E A Sauls and Elisha Pipkin
