Indenture made December 26, 1855 between Laban W Lewis and Elisha Pipkin both 
of Wayne, for $1740 land in Wayne on the west side of Cabin Branch adjacent to 
Ann Roberts, Mary Bowden, Lydia Smith, Churchill Bell and Elisha Pipkin 
containing 349 acres.
Witnesses: A W Barwick and E Albertson
