Indenture made January 4, 1825 between Exper Lewis and William Sherod both of 
Wayne, for $$300 land in Wayne adjacent to  the dividing line made between 
John and Benjamin Parsons and Jacob Powell corner, John Barden's line and 
containing 100 acres.
Witnesses: William Sherrod and M W Barden
