Indenture made October 10, 1844 between Wm Lewis and James H Lewis and Wilie 
Moring all of Wayne, for $300 land in Wayne being half of the tract lying on 
the middle prong of Appletree Swamp adjacent to north prong of Appleton Swamp 
and containing 147 1/2 acres.
Witnesses: Willis Peel and Auband X Edmundson
