Indenture made September 15, 1849 between William Lewis and Henry K Cheek both 
of Wayne, for $575 land in Wayne on the north side of Little River and the 
waters of the Clay Branch adjacent to Samuel Perkins, Buck Branch, Murtle 
Branch, Graddy Garris corner and containing 305 acres.
