Deed made 12 Jan 1905 between Major Lewis and S M Lewis his wife and John H 
Southerland all of Wayne, for $600 land in Wayne in Brogden Township on the 
run of Carraways Creek in the Mill pond, Hepsey Futrells corner to the back 
line her other corner to a pine near the head of Short Branch to a pine on 
the north side of sd branch near Wm Carraways Spring, the old Stooping pine 
corner to the run of Carraways Creek and containing 72 3/4 acres. Registered 
16 Jan 1905
