Indenture made May 1, 1809 between William Lewis and Laben Lewis both of 
Wayne, for 50 pounds land in Wayne on both sides of Sleepy Creek adjacent to 
John Becks corner, Thomas Brown's line and containing 161 acres.
Witnesses: Urban Lewis and Major Searls
August Court 1813

Note: Laban Lewis' estate record states William Lewis was his father
