Recorded Nov, 1850

Indenture made on 22 Nov 1847 between Elisha Pipkin of Wayne County,
NC of the one part, and Jesse Price of Wayne County, NC of the other
part - for the sum of $2,460 paid by Jesse Price, do sell and convey
a tract of land in Wayne County, NC lying in the fork of ___ and Buck
Marsh and lying on both sides of Buck Marsh, adjoining Tom's Branch,
Savannah Branch, Willis Hines' line, thence west to Cabin Branch to
head of Mill Pond
