Luke & Hannah Pipkin to Charles Hines - Wayne Co, NC, Deed Bk 5E, 
pg 72

Indenture made on 7 July 1793, between Luke Pipkin of Wayne County, 
NC of the one part and Charles Hines of Wayne County, NC of the 
other part, for the sum of 500 Specie do sell and convey unto said
Charles Hines a certain parcel or tract of land lying on the south
side of Neuse River in Wayne County, NC and on the south side of
Falling Creek adjoining Nathaniel Hood, Luke Pipkin, and Arthur
Fort's line to the Patent line on Joseph Pipkin's corner; also a
tract for 100 acres lying on south side of Falling Creek, beginning
at a Sweet Gum on the said swamp and running up the swamp to the
beginning of Arthur Fort's former line or John Pipkin's line
adjoining Thomas Bizzell's and John Pipkin's line; also a tract
or parcel lying on north side of Upper Falling Creek, beginning at
a Water Oak and running with Pipkin's line, 200 acres, land that
was taken up and granted to Thomas Bizzell, 300 acres including the
building and plantation whereon W. Cullen now lives. Dated 24 Jan 1794
