Eldest son Aaron Martin, 100 acres land on north side Thunderswamp and negroes

Son Richard Martin, my now dwelling plantation and lands belonging to it,
adjoining Aaron Martin

To beloved wife Franky Martin, live on half of my land during her widow
hood and no longer

Daughters: Betty Powell, 1 negro woman; Bitha Martin, 1 negro and one
feather bed; Lyia Flowers, 1 negro and one feather bed; Sally Martin,
1 negro and one feather bed; to the heirs of Mary Pipkin, deceased, one
English Sterling Shilling [Bitha and Sally under 18 years of age]
