Indenture dated January 3, 1782 between Solomon McClain and Joseph Pipkin 
both of Wayne, for 8,000 pounds land in Wayne on Beads (Brad's?) Branch 
adjacent to Pipkin's corner, north side of Falling Creek and containing 300 
acres.
Witnesses: Joseph Sandefur, Caleb Beck and Thos Craddock
April Court 1788
