Indenture made November 25, 1825 between Richard McKinne and William Herring 
both of Wayne, for $2,436.50 land in Wayne on the north side of Neuse River 
and on upper Bogue Swamp adjacent to William Whitfield's corner, Benjamin 
Herring's corner, Anthony Herring's second corner, river bank and containing 
443 acres.
Witnesses: Benajah Herring and Henry Sasser
