Indenture made February 16, 1805 between Richard McKinne, John McKinne and 
Joseph Everitt executors of Richard McKinne Sen'r dec'd and Robert Forkner 
Sen'r of of Wayne, for $250 land in Wayne on the south side or the Yellow 
Marsh adjacent a corner of land belonging to the heirs of Andrew Bass Jun'r 
on the marsh, Faulkner's fence and containing 100 acres.
Witnesses: James Bradbury and E. Slocumb
