Indenture made January 11, 1807 between John McKinne and Solomon Grantham both 
of Wayne, for $300 land in Wayne on the south side of Neuse River and south 
side of the Beaverdam and both sides of Cow Hide Branch adjacent to William 
McKinne's upper corner and containing 100 acres.
Witnesses: Thomas Warick and John Fellow
