Indenture made November 10, 1815 between John McKinne and Barnabas McKinne 
both of Wayne, for $8,000 land in Wayne on the south side of Neuse River and 
south side of Falling Creek adjacent Owen's Branch, William McKinne, Matthew 
McKinne, Edward Grantham's second corner and containing 700 acres. 
One other tract of land containing 50 acres on the north side of the Horse 
Swamp adjacent to Falling Creek adjacent Jonas Quimbey's line, Horse Swamp.
Another tract beginning at a patent of John Grantham adjacent to Horse 
Swamp, Richard Grantham's corner, Britton Hood, Solomon and Needham Grantham 
and containing 400 acres.
On other tract on the north side of the Horse Swamp adjacent a patent 
granted to John Westbrook and containing 20 acres.
One other tract on the north east side of Falling Creek adjacent to Benja 
Wilkins corner, mouth of Stringer's Meadow Branch to the high water mark 
thence up the Mill pond as the high water mark and containing 40 acres.
One other tract on the west side of Falling Creek adjacent to John 
Westbrook's line, Echuses line, Quimby's corner and containing 200 acres.
