Indenture made March 11, 1815 between John McKinne and Arthur Jones both of 
Wayne, for $1,432.50 land in Wayne on the north side of Neuse River adjacent 
to Arthur Jones corner, James Musgrave's line, Palmer's corner (no acreage 
given).
Also another tract of land containing two acres that Thomas Coor purchased 
of John Molton.
Witnesses: Britton Hood and Bold Robin hood
