Second tract beginning at a stake in the Marsh the above sd beginning and runs with the aforesaid patent line to the corner in Collier's line and containing 400 acres it being a patent granted to Benjamin Jernigan for 400 acres. Third tract on the banks of Neuse River adjacent to the dividing line between Holmes and Green to a white oak the Robert's patent line to a pole in Probert Collier's line to the line in Holmes' deed and containing 475 acres. Fourth tract adjacent the river bank to Jernigan's Marsh to a pine in Jernigan's line to the north side of the Marsh, Jernigan Marsh and containing 367 acres.
