Indenture made February 18, 1821 between John McKinne and Willis Martin both 
of Wayne, for $800 land in Wayne on the north side of Nuse River and Stoney 
Creek:
One tract for 300 acres adjoining lands of Altmon and others.
One body of land containing 687 acres.
Witnesses: Robt McKinne and J Stanly
