Indenture made May 15, 1821 between John McKinne and John Smith both of 
Wayne, for $1,039 the following tracts:
First tract adjacent Thunder Swamp, William Flower's corner, Watery Branch 
and containing 365 acres.
Second tract adjacent to the run of Thunder Swamp, Asher Flower's corner and 
containing 284 acres.
Another tract containing 118 acres.
Another tract adjacent to Mill Path, Asher Flower's corner, David Gidin's 
corner and containing 159 acres.
Witnesses: Wm Fellow and Solomon Pope
