Indenture made December 30, 1815 between Barnaby McKinne and James Uzzell all 
of Wayne, for $5 land in Wayne on the north side of Neuse River and west side 
of Walnut Creek adjacent to the last corner of Uzzell's Mill survey and 
containing 10 acres.
Witnesses: Major Uzzell and John Ivey
