Deed

Indenture made December 24, 1829 between David McKinne and Willis Hall both 
of Wayne, for $134.50 land in Wayne on the south side of Neuse River 
adjacent to a blackjack on the north edge of the road the said Hall's 
corner, east side of road the dividing corner made between said Hall and 
Thomas Kennedy and containing 67 1/4 acres.
Witnesses: Britton Hood and Tho Kennedy
