Deed

Indenture made June 23, 1821 between Barnabas McKinne and John McKinne both 
of Wayne, for $4,750 land in Wayne on the south side of Neuse River in the 
south Roundabout adjacent to John McKinne's lands and opposite the Town of 
Waynesboro it being the land devised to me by the last will and testament of 
my father Richard McKinne and containing 500 acres.
Witnesses: Jno Cox and Wm Raiford
