Indenture made October 12, 1820 between Michael McKinne and Kenan Grantham 
both of Wayne witnesseth that I the said Michael McKinne do this day Quit 
claim all my right title claim and interest in a certain piece of land 
situate lying and being the county of Wayne formerly the property of Elisha 
W Boyte containing 344 acres bounded by Wm Holmes, William Pipkin and 
William Beard which I quit claim all my right title claim and interest to 
the said land from me and my heirs and assigns forever. In witness whereof I 
hereunto set my hand and seal the day and date fist above mentioned.
Witnesses: Wm Smith and Solomon Grantham
