Indenture made November 8, 1824 between Michael McKinne and Solomon Pope 
both of Wayne, for $4,500 two certain tracts of land in Wayne on the west 
side of Falling Creek and south side of the Beaverdam as follows:
Tract 1 - On a hickory on the bank of Falling Creek at the mouth of Owen's 
Branch, Robert McKinne's line and containing 163 acres.
Tract 2 - Beginning at a huckleberry on the run of the Beaverdam to the 
beginning patent granted to Robert Eaches, south side of Beaverdam and 
containing 289 acres.
