Indenture made September 2, 1828 between Michael McKinne now of the state of 
Tennessee in the county of Hardiman and David McKinne of Wayne, for $100 land 
in Wayne my one fourth part 350 acres of the land which Matthew McKinne dec'd 
possessed containing 88 2/10 acres.
Witnesses: Arnold Borden and Charles Carraway
