27 Apr 1822 - State of NC Wayne Co - Whereas by virtue of sundry writs 
issued by he clerk of the court directed to the Sheriff commanding the goods 
and chattels lands and tenements of Robert McKinne the cause to be made 
certain sums therein named the president and directors of the State Bank 
viz, Hollowells Executors, Wilson Hodges, Executors of Slocumb Cox to use of 
Cobb.
John Chase, Wm Moore and Bank of Newbern in said court lately recovered 
against the said Robert McKinne for certain debts with further sums therein 
named to said plaintiffs for costs, I William Raiford Shff of said county 
levied upon three pieces of land in Wayne described as the lands of Robert 
McKinne and on 31 January last sold the same to Joseph Everitt being the 
highest bidder of $3,343 for all the rights title and estate lying on the 
south side of Neuse River adjacent to Chapel Branch, Old road and containing 
404 acres.
One other tract adjoining afsd tract on the south side of the Beaverdam and 
containing 248 acres.
One other tract being the undivided share of the lands wherein his mother 
now lives and on the east side of Falling Creek including the Mills and 
containing 84 acres.
