Indenture made February 18, 1809 between Michael McKinne and Joseph Bennette 
both of Wayne, for $125 land in Wayne on the south side of Beaverdam 
adjacent to south side of Beaverdam, Whitfield's and McKinne's corner, west 
side of a path Whitfield's corner and containing 20 acres.
Witnesses: Mary Hood and B Robin Hood
