30 Jul 1796 - Deed from David McKinne to David Edwards both of Wayne, for 50 
pounds land in Wayne on the east side of Falling Creek adjacent to Long 
Marsh and containing 50 acres, part of a tract of land patented by Richard 
Bass on 1 Nov 1761 containing 100 acres and by some convenances came to me 
David McKinne.
Witnesses: Sampson Edwards and James Edwards
