Indenture made January 4, 1820 between Michael McKinne and William McKinne 
both of Wayne, for $500 land in Wayne lying on the east side of Falling 
Creek, both sides of Costelow Branch adjacent to Sampson Edwards corner, 
Joseph Everett's corner, Robert Musgrave's line and containing 175 acres.
