Indenture made December 19, 1786 between William McKinne and Shadrack Pate 
both of Wayne, for 25 pounds land in Wayne adjacent to the west side old field 
Branch, McKinne's line and containing 50 acres.
Witnesses: Benj Stevens, Joseph Grump and Eliza Pate
