August 18, 1801 - To all to whom these presents shall come greeting know ye 
that I Barnabas McKinne Exe'r of the estate of William McKinne Sen'r dec'd 
and Joseph Everett and Richard McKinne Jun'r Exor's to the estate of Richard 
McKinne dec'd all of Wayne County, for the sum of (blank) paid by Robert 
Musgrave of Wayne a plantation or parcel of land on the south side of Neuse 
River and east side of Falling Creek and containing 69 acres.
