Indenture made Marth 7, 1801 between Barnaby McKinne Exe'r to the estate of 
William McKinne Senr dec'd and Richard McKinne deceased and Joseph Everett 
of Wayne, for 22 pounds land in Wayne all our estate right title interest 
claim and demand as Exer's of the afsd Richard and William a tract of land 
on the head of Reedy Branch and Miles Marsh adjacent Joseph Everett line on 
Reedy Branch, Boyet's line and containing 300 acres.
Witnesses: Willis Martin and Amey Everitt
