Indenture made December 5, 1806 between William McKinne one of the Exec'rs 
of David McKinne dec'd and of the other part whereas David McKinne dec'd 
made his last will and testament directing his Exer's to sell his real 
estate by which authority and for and in consideration of the sum of 716 
pounds paid by John Cox land in Wayne adjacent to John Edwards lines and 
corner, near Covington's corner and containing 100 acres.
One other tract of land containing 130 acres adjacent to a sweet gumb on 
Falling Creek, run of Little Marsh Branch.
Witnesses: Wm Bennit and John Umphrey
