Deed

Indenture made September 24, 1793 between Richard McKinne and John Everitt 
both of Wayne, for 400 pounds land in Wayne four certain tracts of land on 
the north side of Neuse River containing by estimation 423 acres:
First tract land granted by patent to a certain Rice Price for 133 acres.
Second tract containing 40 acres adjacent to Chas Hopton's corner by a 
meadow, Boykin's line, near Will Boykin's line, said tract was granted by 
patent to Thomas Boykin.
Third tract containing 200 acres adjacent to the river bank, Richard 
McKinne's corner.
Fourth tract containing 50 acres purchased from Charles Hopkins by Robert 
Hines and by the said Robert sold to Thos Boykin Senr and by the said Thomas 
Boykin Senr given to his son Thos Boykin Junr.
Witnesses: Bennet Blackman and Sterling Powell
