Deed

Indenture made January 16, 1797 between Richard McKinne and Joseph Everitt 
both of Wayne, for 500 pounds land in Wayne on the south side of Neuse River 
adjacent to James Oates corner, pine on the river which said tract was 
granted to Richard Cogdell in 1753 and containing 200 acres.
Witnesses: David Bizzell and Hester Ballard
