Indenture made March 28, 1811 between Richard McKinne Jun'r and John McKinne 
both of Wayne, for $2,000 land in Wayne on Stoney Creek and north side of 
Neuse River adjacent to Everitt's line, corner in Daughtrey's Branch, run of 
Stoney Creek being a small tract of land bought of William Howell and 
containing 430 acres.
Witnesses: Wm Fellow and M McKinne
