Witnesseth that the said Mary McKinne Sr is indebted to: John Everitt due by note $111.83 date 30 Dec 1845 Robert McKinne Jr security, To Mary McKinne Jr by note $375 dated 23 Oct 1846, To John W S West by note $119.66 bearing date 19 Dec 1844 also by $18 due 1 Jun 1846. By recpt $10 due 1 Jan 1847 to Richard Washington and by note $196.28 bearing date 13 May 1840 John Everitt security, subject to the following credits $54.94 on 1 Jan 1841 - one other for 45.27 12 Dec 1842 also by rec't $213.81 on 21 Dec 1842. And whereas the said Mary McKinne Sr being desirous to secure the payments of the said debts to said John Everitt, Mary McKinne Jr, J W S West and Richard Washington. For one dollar to her in hand paid by the said George W Collier on the third part before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold and conveyed unto the said George W Collier in trust the following named property viz: One tract containing about 88 acres with the Mill thereon adjoining the lands of George W Collier and William Carraway; also one tract the dower on which she now resides upon as set a part by the Jury appointed for that purpose in 1839. Also one Negro woman by the name of Kitty aged about 30 years, 2 horses, about 60 head of hogs, six head of cattle, four beds and furniture, all the house hold and kitchen furniture, all the bacon and pork and lard, all the corn, peas and fodder and farming utensils, one ox cart, one riding gig and harness, two grind stones, one loom, one spinning wheel, 17 head of geese, all of which the said George W Collier agrees to and with the parties of the second part to set up and sell for cash whenever thereunto requested by the said parties of the second part after giving public notice thereof by advertisement for 20 days at the Court House and two other public places in the county and the money arising from such sale to apply to the payment of the before mentioned debts after deducting the expenses incurred by execution of this trust and the remainder of the money so arising if any to pay to the said Mary McKinne Sr her heirs executors administrators or assigns in Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals.
