Deed

Indenture made August 30, 1833 between Mary McKinnie and James McKinnie both 
of Wayne, for $2,750 land in Wayne on the north side of Neuse River and east 
side of Walnut Creek for 645 acres adjacent to the west side of Walnut Creek 
and near the Mill so as to include the Mill and 6 acres of land on the west 
side of sd creek, Newbern, as far as the eastern line of the land formerly 
belonging to Barnaba McKinnie Senr dec'd, Walnut Creek.
As to include all the lands formerly belonging to Barnabas McKinne Junr by 
virtue of his father Barnaba McKinnea Senr  dec'd's will including by 
estimation 645 acres.
Witnesses: Graddy Herring and Henry McKinnia
