Wayne County, NC, Deed Bk 15, pg 122 - 30 acres

Indenture made on 15 Aug 1831 between Nicholas Medlin of Wayne
County, NC of the one part, for the sum of $134 paid by William
T. Uzzell of Wayne County, NC of the second part, do sell and convey
unto the said Wm. T. Uzzell a tract or parcel of land lying and
being in Wayne County, NC called the dower of James' Uzzell's wife,
deceased beginning at the mill Branch at the old corner and 
adjoining the Miry Branch, etc. being all the land I now possess
or claim in Wayne County, NC
