Wayne County, NC, Deed Bk 15, pg 110 - 30 acres

Indenture made on 22 Dec 1830 between Nicholas Medlin of Wayne
County, NC of the one part, for the sum of $150 paid by Henry Parks
of Wayne County, NC of the other part, do sell and convey a certain
parcel or tract of land lying and being and in Wayne County, NC 
on the north side of Neuse River and bounded as follows: beginning 
at a stake in Richard Ivey's corner in the Ivey line near the 
corners of his field and runs south 51 west 114 poles to a stake
in a meadow, Nathan B. Whitfield's corner, etc. containing 30 acres
