Indenture made December 23, 1843 between Asher Pipkin & Micajah Cox and John 
Cameron all of Wayne, for $1,370.65 land in Wayne on the north side of 
Falling Creek bounded by the main run of Falling Creek, Susanna Britt's 
corner, Cogdell's line near his house, Grantham's corner, Rainer's corner, 
run of Brad's Branch and containing 465 acres.
Witnesses: Wm Cox Jr and James Cox
