Indenture made December 1, 1797 between James Musgrave and Richard Cox both of 
Wayne, for 200 pounds land in Wayne on the north side of Neuse River adjacent 
to Benjamin Walden line, Jones line, Jumping Run containing 100 acres.

Witnesses: John Kennedy and James Edgerton
