October 6, 1803 

Know ye that I Jesse Musgrave of Wayne in consideration of the love good 
will and affection I bear to my loving son-in-law Abner Cox, all of Wayne, 
have given him land in Wayne adjacent to Coors Branch, Nehemiah Tolars line, 
Beaverdam Swamp, Richard Musgraves corner, edge of drowned land on the north 
side of Mill pond, lower side of Mill Dam containing 149 acres.
